What tasks do we solve and how?
Today, there are several obstacles related to the supply of goods between Belarus and Russia:
- Lack of desire or ability to handle import and export independently.
- Currency control, customs statistics, and peculiarities of foreign trade contracts discourage interest in promising cooperation.
- Non-tariff measures regulating foreign trade activities.
- High risk of sending money to another country.
- The supplier does not deduct VAT or includes it in the price of the goods.
- Lack of free resources to "freeze" money in VAT for export shipments at a zero rate.
- Accounting departments cannot or do not want to deal with import VAT.
We solve all the above tasks by creating an opportunity and safety for receiving goods in a convenient jurisdiction with a local package of documents for the goods. This is made possible through our own legal entities in Belarus and Russia, as well as our vast experience and expertise in international trade.
How it works:
- You find a supplier or buyer in Belarus or Russia.
- We determine the percentage of our commission for accompanying the shipment based on the value of the goods batch.
- The supplier issues an invoice for payment of the order to our local company. We issue an invoice for the Buyer from the local legal entity accordingly.
- We conduct mutual settlements within the chain.
- We organize logistics and handle export procedures.
- We handle import and ensure delivery from the resident of your country.
Additional benefits from working with us:
- We always check the business reputation and financial condition of your counterparty in closed sources of information before conducting settlements.
- In organizing logistics, we always aim to optimize the client's budget by consolidating shipments with other goods flows when necessary. You will have access to any type of transportation, as well as the option to use your logistics partner.
- Each client gets free storage for goods for up to 30 days from the moment of loading with the supplier until shipment to the Buyer.
- In the case of non-tariff measures regulating foreign trade, we will professionally help with obtaining the necessary certificates and other documents for importing and subsequent sale of the goods.
- We prepare all documents for the shipment independently, agreeing with you on the necessary terms.
- Payment to the Supplier is made within 1 working day after the Buyer has paid.
How is the price formed?
- We find out from which country's resident the goods need to be purchased and delivered to the Buyer.
- Based on the supplier's invoice amount (value of the goods batch) and point #1, we determine the percentage of our commission.
- Weight, dimensions, and quantity of goods help determine the cost and delivery times.
- Summing the supplier's price and all delivery costs, we form the price of the goods at the Buyer’s warehouse.
Advantages for the Supplier:
- No need to freeze money in VAT when shipping goods to a resident at 20%, instead of 0% as with export.
- Excludes risks related to the non-payment of VAT by the counterparty in another country.
- Does not participate in logistics organization.
- Is not involved in foreign trade, eliminating related procedures and paperwork.
- Receives free information about the reliability and business reputation of the counterparty.
Advantages for the Buyer:
- Excludes the risk of sending money to another country.
- Reduces the Supplier's costs, creating an opportunity to receive a better price for the goods.
- Does not participate in logistics organization.
- Is not involved in foreign trade, eliminating related procedures and paperwork.
- Receives free information about the reliability and business reputation of the counterparty.
