What tasks do we solve and how?

Currently, there are several obstacles associated with product supplies from the European Union. These obstacles can be both external and internal.

Internal obstacles include:

  • Lack of desire or ability to handle imports independently;
  • Currency control, customs statistics, and the complexities of foreign trade contracts diminish any interest in promising goods;
  • Non-tariff methods of regulating foreign economic activity;
  • Language barrier;
  • High risk of sending money to another country;
  • Your bank cannot send money to the supplier's country in the required currency.

External obstacles include:

  • The supplier does not export goods at all;
  • The supplier does not export goods to your country for subjective reasons;
  • The goods are subject to sanctions for your country;
  • The supplier's bank does not accept payments from your bank.

We solve all of the above-mentioned issues, creating the opportunity and security to receive goods in a jurisdiction that is convenient for you, with a local set of documents for the goods. This is made possible through our own legal entities in European countries, as well as our extensive experience and expertise in international trade.

How does it work?

  1. You find the goods and/or supplier in Europe. With or without your involvement, we conduct negotiations on the terms of cooperation.
  2. We determine the supply chain and create a detailed cost estimate for the supply, including the percentage of our commission.
  3. Once an agreement is reached and the contracts are signed, the supplier issues an invoice for the payment of your order to our European or Belarusian company. We will generate an invoice from the local legal entity.
  4. We settle payments through the supply chain.
  5. We organize logistics and handle export from the EU.
  6. We handle customs clearance and deliver the goods with a full set of local documents.

What additional value does our cooperation bring?

  • We always check the business reputation and financial status of your counterparty through closed information sources before proceeding with payments.
  • When organizing logistics, we always aim to optimize the client’s budget, consolidating goods if necessary with other product flows. You will have access to any type of freight and the possibility of using your logistics partner.
  • Free storage in the EU is provided for up to 30 days from the time of loading from the supplier to the shipment of goods to the destination country.
  • If there are non-tariff measures regulating foreign economic activity, we will professionally assist with obtaining certifications and other documents necessary for the import and subsequent sale of goods.
  • All documents for the delivery are prepared by us, with the necessary conditions agreed upon with you.
  • Payment to the EU supplier is made within 1 business day after your payment.

How is the price formed?

  • First, we determine the possibility of supply, knowing: the name/type of the goods, the HS code, the exporting country, and the destination country.
  • We identify from which country's resident the purchase of goods and delivery is needed.
  • We will offer you our commission rate, which depends primarily on the supplier's invoice amount (value of the goods) and point #2.
  • The weight/size/quantity of the goods will help determine the cost and delivery time.
  • Summing up all the costs, we prepare a commercial offer for you.

Goods can be purchased through legal entities in Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkey.
