Export to the European Union

Do you want to export goods to the European Union but face obstacles in your business growth?

Our company provides professional assistance in exporting goods, acting as a trading agent between you and your client. We ensure security for both the seller and the buyer by purchasing goods from you through a local legal entity and delivering them to your client through a European company.

We handle all the burdens of export, financial, and logistical operations. With our help, you only need to set a price for your client, receive payment from a resident of your country, and ship the goods. Your client, in turn, simply needs to pay and receive the goods under clear terms and within the agreed timeframe.

What Challenges Do We Address and How Do We Solve Them?

Today, there are numerous obstacles to supplying goods to the European Union. These challenges can be both internal and external.

Internal Challenges:

  • Lack of desire or resources to manage export operations independently.
  • No available funds to "freeze" VAT during zero-rate export shipments.
  • Complexities of currency control, customs reporting, and international trade contracts discourage interest in exporting.
  • Non-tariff regulations for foreign economic activity.
  • Language barriers.

External Challenges:

  • The client is interested in your product but does not want to handle imports.
  • The client is hesitant to import goods from your country.
  • Language barriers.
  • The client does not want to risk sending money to your country.
  • The client’s bank does not transfer funds to your bank.

Our Solution:

We address all the above challenges by providing your client with a secure and seamless transaction in their preferred jurisdiction, complete with a local documentation package for the goods. This is made possible by our legal entities in European countries and our extensive expertise in international trade.

How It Works:

  1. You find an overseas client.
  2. Together with us, or independently, you discuss the terms of a three-party collaboration.
  3. We create a detailed cost calculation for the supply, including our commission, resulting in a final price for your client with delivery to their warehouse.
  4. Upon agreement and signing the necessary contracts, you issue an invoice to our local company. We then issue an invoice to your client from a European legal entity.
  5. Financial transactions are completed along the chain.
  6. We organize logistics and handle export procedures.
  7. The goods are cleared through customs in the destination country and delivered to your client with a local documentation package.

Added Value of Working With Us:

  • We verify the business reputation and financial stability of your counterparties through private information sources before conducting transactions.
  • Our logistics solutions focus on optimizing the client's budget, consolidating goods with other shipments when necessary. Any type of transportation is available, or you can use your logistics partner.
  • Free storage for goods in the EU and Belarus for up to 30 days.
  • Assistance with obtaining certificates and documents required under non-tariff trade regulations.
  • Preparation of all export and subsequent EU import documents, tailored to your requirements.
  • Payment to you is made within one business day after receiving payment from your EU client.

How Is the Price Determined?

  1. We assess the feasibility of the supply by identifying the product name/type, HS code, country of origin, and destination country.
  2. Determine from which country’s legal entity your client prefers to receive the goods.
  3. Provide a proposal for our commission percentage, primarily based on the value of the goods and point #2.
  4. The weight, dimensions, and quantity of the goods determine transportation costs and timelines.
  5. Adding your product cost and all delivery expenses, we establish the final price for your client.

Delivery Options:

Deliveries to your clients can be made from legal entities in Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Turkey, or Kyrgyzstan.
